Woven Nylon Tape
Construction:-
- Woven directly in to tape form high tenacity nylon 6 yarn using advanced needle loom machines.
End Use Applications:-
- In high voltage cables, woven nylon tape can be used to prevent electrolytic corrosion of metallic armour layers, enhancing the cable’s lifespan.
- Woven nylon tape can also be used as a friction tape to reduce friction in cable joints.
- Commonly used to bundle wires and cables and also used for garment accessories, bag straps, shoe reinforcements, and as a reinforcing material for seams and buttonholes.
- It’s used in the final wrapping of coils in transformers, relays, and other electrical devices, ensuring secure placement of leads and preventing movement.
