Construction:-
- With the quality of the products as our foremost concern, we manufacture several cords by braiding and twisting method, using various raw materials like Cotton, Polyester, Fiber Glass, Nylon, Kevlar and water blocking yarn.
- Braided cords can be solid (multilayer), braided around filler and normal braided and many more.
End Use Applications:-
- Used as side and centre filler in different types of electrical and transmission cables.
- Placed as a reinforcement material in cables, providing strength and durability.
- Used as a ripcord under the cable jacket to cut it open without damaging the internal wires while splicing or jointing.
- Water blocking Cords can be used to protect cables from water leakage.
- Used in various industrial applications for strapping and lifting.
We are able to manufacture cords from 2 mm to 10 mm dia. The breaking load and weight of cord depends on the diameter and design of cord along with yarns used.
